Anticipated O.G. = 1.080
Anticipated SRM = 9.6
Anticipated IBU = 74.6

Mash crushed grains at 154 degrees F for 90 minutes. Sparge (rinse grains) with 5 gallons of water at 170 degrees F. Boil wort for 75 minutes. At 60 minutes add 1 oz. of nugget hops. At 10 minutes add 1 oz. each of Columbus and Simcoe hops. At flame out add 1 oz. each of Columbus and Simcoe hops. Dry hop with 1 oz. each of Columbus and Simcoe hops.</directions>
